This guide is very very useful for me!!! 5 stars for sure!!! After being married for 7 yrs and right after having our 3rd son, (who was the child that gave me an extra 60lbs of baby fat that I cant seem to get rid of this time around), I started to get weird in-securities that my hubby was either chatting up other women online or watching porn online, which made me feel even worse about gaining so much weight!!!!
